Saturdays, we brunch. Egan’s x Bow Lane Social Club bottomless brunch, 12–5pm, €55pp. Smash burgers, Mo’s famous fried chicken and eggs benedict, with free-flowing Prosecco, mimosas and cocktails.

Sundays, we roast. A proper Sunday roast, the way it should be.

Any other night, pull up a stool. The Guinness is poured and the band’s warming up.
